Once I have booked can I cancel? Yes, if you booked and need to cancel, simply call, text or email us 24 hours prior to the appointment date.
I paid a deposit for my appointment, do I get that back? If you have canceled 24 hours or more before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded within 7 days.
If you cancel same day or outside of the 24 hour period, your deposit is non-refundable.
Why do we have to confirm our free consultation appointment? Rising fuel costs and other expenses affect our pricing. When we have a no-show appointment, not only has time been wasted but fuel, mileage and other costs incurred. That is why we ask our clients to confirm our appointment the day of or we are unable to send an organization pro for the consult. This helps us keep our costs low so that we can continue to offer reasonable prices.
